摘  要:克劳斯(Claus)法制硫是从酸性气中回收单质硫的重要技术之一。在克劳斯硫回收装置的液硫回收系统设计中,常规做法是设置四级硫封罐,从四级硫封罐出来的液硫汇集成到一根总管后进入硫池中,存在液硫管线布置复杂、占地面积大等缺点。优化设计方案提出,通过改变冷凝器出来的液硫流向,在液硫线上增设U型弯,克服硫冷凝器、反应器之间的压力降,在过程气间形成有效液封,起到原设计中硫封罐的作用,相比常规做法可减少3个硫封罐的设置。同时对液硫总线进硫池的方式、硫池内蒸汽伴热盘管等内构件的材质选择等方面存在的问题提出了相应优化措施。The Claus sulfur process is one of the important processes for sulfur recovery from sour gas.In the design of the liquid sulfur recovery system,the conventional practice is to install four-stage liquid sulfur sealing pots.The liquid sulfur from four-stage liquid sulfur sealing pots is gathered together into one header pipeline and sent to the liquid sulfur pool.Whereas,this process has the disadvantages such as the complicated pipeline layout and large plot area,etc.In the optimized design,U-tube is added to the liquid sulfur pipeline to change the flow direction of the liquid sulfur from the condenser.The pressure drop between the sulfur condenser and the reactor is overcome and effective liquid seal between the process gases is formed.It has the same effect as the liquid sulfur sealing pot and eliminates installations of three liquid sulfur sealing pots as compared with the conventional practice.The analysis and optimization measures of the way of liquid sulfur into the liquid sulfur pool and the selection of the material for the steam tracing coils in the liquid sulfur pool are also presented.
