摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1 Mt/a歧化装置在生产过程中出现了板式换热器换热效率持续下降的情况,引起加热炉炉膛温度超设计值,影响装置安全生产。为缓解加热炉生产工况,实施了一系列措施,并于2014年11月将板式换热器更换为缠绕管换热器,缠绕管式换热器具有结构紧凑、换热效率高、泄漏点少、易清洗等优点,而且使用方便,开停工期间升温、降温速率要求比板式换热器低。In the operation of the 1.0 MM TPY disproportionation unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the heat efficiency of the plate heat exchanger continued to go down,which caused the over-run of furnace chamber temperature and safe production of the unit was affected.A series of measures have been taken to mitigate the operation of the furnace.In November 2014,the plate heat exchanger was replaced with a winding tube heat exchanger,which is characterized by compact construction,high heat exchange efficiency,minimized leaking and easy cleaning.In addition,it is easy in operation and the required temperature raising and lowering rates during the start-up and shutdown are lower than those of plate heat exchangers.
