摘　　要：中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司洛阳机务段配属SS_4改型电力机车高压电压互感器在运用中发生内部放电故障。结合现场实际解体测量,分析原因,对电压互感器套管制造厂和电压互感器中修厂提出改进建议,同时更换所有存在故障隐患的高压电压互感器,避免放电故障的扩大发展。Internal discharge is detected during the HV voltage transformer application of modified SS4 electric locomotive that are assigned to the locomotive depot of China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd.. In combination of actual field disassembly measurement, the article analyses the reason and gives some improvement suggestions to the voltage transformer bushing manufacturers and the voltage transformer medium repair plants. In the meantime, it suggests to replace all HV voltage transformers with hidden troubles in the locomotive depot, thus avoiding the development of discharge failures.
