摘　　要：水松原纸是生产卷烟的重要材料之一,通过印前设计、印刷加工及印后处理等工序,加工成水松纸,作用是将滤嘴和卷烟烟支卷接起来,属于特种工业用纸。随着烟草行业的发展,市场对水松原纸的需求逐渐多样化,国内主要需求白色水松原纸,国外为了降低生产成本,主要需求彩色水松原纸。该文在白色水松原纸生产方法的基础上,研究了一种彩色水松原纸的生产方法,介绍了打浆工艺、抄纸工艺的调整以及有色染料的加入等方面的情况。结果证明,采用该方法生产彩色水松原纸是可行的,并比较贴近生产实际。As one of the important materials for the production of cigarettes, the tipping base paper is processed by pre-press design, printing processing and post-press processing. The function of the tipping base paper is to connect the filter tip and cigarette sticks, which belongs to special industrial paper. With the development of the tobacco industry, the demand for tipping base paper is gradually diversified, the domestic mainly demand white tipping base paper, and in order to reduce the production cost, the abroad mainly demand colored tipping base paper. Based on the production method of white tipping base paper, this paper studies a production method of colored tipping base paper, introduces the beating process, the adjustment of the papermaking craftwork, and the addition of colored dyes, etc. The results show that this method is feasible and close to production practice.
