龟鹿二仙胶加减治疗肝硬化低蛋白血症30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过分析60例肝硬化低蛋白血症患者服药前后实验室指标和症状变化,观察龟鹿二仙胶加减治疗肝硬化低蛋白血症的临床疗效。方法将2013年3月—2014年4月确诊为肝硬化低蛋白血症的门诊患者60例,随机分为2组,观察其治疗3个月前后白蛋白(ALB)及中医证候积分变化,并进行统计分析。结果 2组患者治疗后各项证候积分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组各项积分及总分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后ALB比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龟鹿二仙胶加减在提高临床综合疗效,改善肝硬化低蛋白血症患者临床症状方面有较好的效果,且可以提高患者的ALB水平,改善患者的血常规指标。ABSTRACT Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Guilu Erxian Glue in the treatment of liver cirrhotic hypoproteinemia through the analysis of changes in 60 patients with liver cirrhotic hypoproteinemia before and after taking medicine. Methods 60 patients with confirmed hypoproteinemia of liver cirrhosis from March 2013 to April 2014 without any treatment within one month in outpatient were randomly divided into two groups. The changes, such as ALB, of patients 3 months before and after the treatment were observed. Results The symptoms were improved in both groups, and the experimental group was better than the control group, abdominal distension, loss of appetite and ascites were mainly improved in the control group;while, costal pain, edema and ascites mostly improved in the experimental group. Jaundice and lassitude were not improved in both two groups. There were significant differences before and after ALB treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion Modified Guilu Erxian Glue may have better effects in improving the comprehensive clinical curative effect and the symptoms of cirrhotic hypoproteinemia. Modified Guilu Erxian Glue can not only elevate ALB level but also improve the blood routine examination of patients.
