摘 要:目的:探索大鼠哮喘寒饮蕴肺证病证结合动物模型的制作,评价造模效果。方法:将39只大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组给予常规饲养,模型组、小青龙汤组给予支气管哮喘与寒饮蕴肺证大鼠模型联合造模。结果:模型组、小青龙汤组大鼠在体征与行为学症状上不同程度上出现了病理改变,吸气阻力(Ri)、呼气阻力(Re)均增大,肺顺应性(Cdyn)降低,模型组大鼠肺组织支气管黏膜上皮细胞可见严重肿胀、增生,小青龙汤组也出现一定程度病变,但是较模型组相比有着较好的治疗效果。结论:本实验所建立的支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证大鼠模型,其大鼠的一般行为学表现与临床中病人所表现的症状和体征基本一致,微观指标如大鼠肺的功能、肺组织形态学等病理改变,也基本符合支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证的病证表现,从而在宏观及微观两层面证明了实验模型的可靠性。Objective: The animal model of asthma combined with syndrome of cold fluid retention in lung was evaluated. Method: Thrity - nine rats were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was given conventional breeding. The model group and Xiaoqinglong Decoction group set up the model of bronchial asthma and cold fluid in the lung. Result: The model group and Xiaoqinglong Decoction group's signs and symptoms appeared pathological changes in different degrees and inspiratory resistance( Ri) and expiratoiy resistance (Re) were increased and lung compliance ( Cdyn) decreased. The model group's lung tissue bronchial epithelial cells showed swelling and severe hyperplasia. The Xiaoqinglong Decoction group also appeared a certain degree of lesions, but compared with that of the model group there was a better therapeutic effect. Conclusion: The rats model of bronchial asthma of cold fluid in the lung was established in this experiment. The general behavior of rats are basically the same as clinical symptoms and signs of human beings. The micro indexes of lung function, lung tissue morphology, pathological changes, disease and syndrome are also consistent with bronchial asthma of cold fluid in the lung syndrome, which proves the reliability of the experimental model in macro and micro levels.
