中医“肾阴肾阳失常”与肠屏障功能损伤的机制

摘　　要：肾阴肾阳是中医藏象学说中两个重要的基本概念,肾阴,又称为元阴、真阴,为一身阴液的根本,起到濡养滋润的作用;肾阳,又称为元阳、真火,为一身阳气的根本,起到温煦推动的作用。肾阴肾阳和脾胃及大肠小肠之间有着源与流、本与末的密切关系,肠屏障功能与"肾主二便"功能密切相关,试从肾阴肾阳角度论述肠屏障功能损伤的机制,并用温补肾阳和滋补肾阴的方法治疗肠屏障损伤时出现的大便失常症状。Kidney Yin and kidney Yang are two important basic concepts in the theory of visceral manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine. Kidney Yin , also known as the Yuanyin , the true Yin, as a fundamental one of Yin fluid to moisten and moist. Kidney Yang,also known as Yuanyang , the true fire, as the root of Yangqi in the whole body to warm and promote. There is a close relationship between kidney Yin and kidney Yang, spleen and stomach and large intestine and small intestine. The gut barrier function is closely related to the function of "kidney controlling urination and defecation".This paper discusses the mechanism of intestinal barrier dysfunction from the perspective of kidney Yin and kidney Yang, and uses the method of warming kidney Yang and nourishing kidney Yin to treat the symptoms of fecal disorders occurring when intestinal barrier is injured.
