补肾调经汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾调经汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法:选择135例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组67例和研究组68例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,研究组给予补肾调经汤联合米非司酮治疗。观察两组治疗前、后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、糖类抗原(CA125)和抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)水平,统计两组治疗有效率、复发率和自然妊娠率。结果:治疗后,两组血清FSH、LH、E2、CA125、EMAb水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率和自然妊娠率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调经汤联合米非司酮用于EM腹腔镜术后治疗可提高临床疗效和术后自然怀孕率,降低复发率,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods :Totally 135 endometriosis patients were selected as the objects, and were randomly divided into the control group with 67 patients and the study group with 68 patients. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the study group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with mifepristone. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone( FSH), luteinizing hormone( LH), estradiol( E2), carbohydrate antigen 125 ( CA125) and anti endometrium antibody( EMAb) in two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the effective rate of treatment, recurrence rate and natural pregnancy rate of two groups were computed. Results: After treatment, serum levels of FSH , LH, E2, CAI25 and EMAb in both groups were significantly lower, and the study group's were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P <0. 05). The effective rate of treatment and natural pregnancy rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion : Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis can improve the clinical effect and the rate of natural pregnancy after operation and reduce the recurrence rate, deserving the clinical application.
