摘  要:本文通过剪穗、套袋、授粉和测量对吉2055A等高粱雄性不育系柱头外露率、柱头粗度、柱头活性和柱头伸出长度等性状进行研究。结果表明,吉2055A上述柱头性状明显优于其他不育系。这也是吉2055A能够广泛应用于生产的主要原因之一。因此高粱育种中不育系的选育在重视植株、产量等其他性状的同时,也要重视不育系的柱头外露率、柱头活力和柱头伸出长度等特殊性状的选择。By means of cutting spike, bagging, fertilization and measurement, the traits of sorghum male sterile line‘Ji 2055 A’, were studied, including stigma exsertion, stigma thickness, stigma viability and stigma extension length. The results showed that the above mentioned stigma traits of‘Ji 2055 A’were significantly better than other sterile lines, which was one of the main reasons why‘Ji 2055 A’can be widely applied in production. Therefore, excepted for emphasizing on the traits of plant and yield, the selection of sterile lines in sorghum breeding should also pay attention to the special traits such as stigma exsertion, stigma viability and stigma extension length.
