摘  要:研究了双烯丙基二甘醇二碳酸酯(DADC)的预聚合和后固化反应,以及DADC与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚时的预聚合和后固化反应。用FTIR分析固化反应过程,用DSC确定了后固化反应的工艺条件。测定了共聚物组成对树脂力学性能的影响。结果表明:DADC与MMA共聚树脂的力学性能比DADC的均聚物有了明显提高,而且其耐热性能与透光性能都没有损失。The prepolymerization and the post-curing reaction of diethylene glycol bis(allyl carbonate) and the copolymerization of diethylene glycol bis(allyl carbonate) and methyl methacrylate are investigated. The curing reaction process are analyzed by means of FTIR. The temperature conditions of post-curing reaction are determined by DSC. The influence of copolymer composition on the mechanical properties of resin is studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of the copolymers of DADC and MMA are obviously improved compared with that of the homopolymers of DADC, and there is no loss in heat resistance and light transmittance.
