摘  要:作为硫化促进剂中市场需求量最大的品种,M的绿色环保工艺成为未来发展的必然趋势。介绍了一种促进剂M的绿色精制工艺,该工艺不但继承了酸碱法与溶剂法的优点,同时又兼具无废水、无废气、质量好、收率高的优点。该工艺的适宜工艺控制指标为:m(甲苯)∶m(M粗品)=2.5∶1、n(氨)∶n(M粗品)=2.5∶1、氨盐溶液恒温蒸发温度90℃、氨盐溶液恒温蒸发时间60min,收率达到86.9%。As the most market demand accelerator, the green process for accelerator M is inevitable in the future. A kind of green post treatment process for accelerator M is introduced. The process not only includes both the advantages of acid-base method and solvent extraction method, but al-so includes others advantages, such as no waste water, no waste gas, high quality and yield. The yield will be 86.9% when the molar ratio of toluene to raw M is 2.5∶1, the mass ratio of NH3 to raw M is 2.5∶1, the evaporating temperature of ammonia salt solution is 90℃, and the evaporating time of ammonia salt solution is 60 min.
