低能量激光疗法缓解阻生智齿拔除术术后疼痛的研究进展

摘　　要：阻生智齿拔除术是口腔颌面外科门诊最常见的手术之一,术后拔牙创面疼痛是影响患者生活质量的重要因素。低能量激光疗法(Low Level Laser Therapy,LLLT)已经被大量研究证实可以减轻术后疼痛,同时具有抗炎、促进伤口愈合等作用。本文在复习近期文献的基础上,就低能量激光疗法应用于阻生智齿拔除术术后镇痛方面的新进展进行综述。Extraction of impacted third molars is one of the common procedures in maxillofacial surgery.The postoperative pain will seriously affect the patient’s living quality after exiraction surgery.It has been proven that Low Level Laser Therapy(LLLT)may reduce postoperative by reclucing inflammatory and promoting wound healing.In this review,the recent progress in the application of LLLT in postoperative analgesia was summarized.
