摘  要:针对双馈风电场经串补送出系统的次同步谐振(subsynchronous resonance,SSR),提出静止同步补偿器(static synchronouscompensator,STATCOM)附加控制策略抑制的方法。分析了STATCOM实现并联等效电阻抑制SSR的机理,并提出了抑制SSR的附加控制策略。设计了提取系统电压次同步分量低通滤波器和相位超前滤波器,并通过实时相位补偿查找表以及增益环节得到了抑制SSR的调制指令。通过STATCOM控制器硬件在环的RTDS(realtimedigital simulator)仿真验证了控制策略。该策略在我国华北某双馈机组为主的大型风电经串补送出系统的STATCOM上实施后,大量现场录波数据验证了该策略的有效性。The wind farms mainly composed of doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) and connected to power system via series compensation have subsynchronous resonance(SSR) problem. Mitigating SSR by adding auxiliary control strategy on static synchronous compensator(STATCOM) was proposed in this paper. The mechanism of mitigating SSR by adding parallel equivalent resistance and implementing it with STATCOM was studied. Low pass filter and phase lead filter of subsynchronous component of system voltage was designed and final modulation instruction was obtained from real time phase compensating look-up table(RTCPLUT) and gain block. The SSR mitigate strategy was verified with STATCOM control system hardware-in-loop(HIL) test with real time digital simulator(RTDS) and applied to a practical series-compensated DFIG-based wind farm system located in North China. Its effectiveness was verified with numerous field event and waveform records.
