摘 要:通过球磨法向Fe基合金粉末中分别混入质量分数为5%、10%、15%的Ni粉,并采用激光快速成型法分别制备出尺寸为15 mm×10 mm×5 mm的Fe基合金样品。研究混入不同比例Ni粉的Fe基合金样品组织与性能的变化规律。结果表明:激光成型过程中,不同的样品内均发生严重晶化,并伴随裂纹和孔洞等缺陷,但随Ni含量的增加,Fe基合金样品中裂纹与孔洞逐渐减少;添加15%Ni粉的Fe基合金样品,裂纹和孔洞最少且耐腐蚀性能最好。Ni powders with 5%,10%,15%content were separately mixed into the Fe-based amorphous alloy powder by ball10 mm×5 mm were prepared by laser rapid prototyping.The microstructure and properties of Fe-based alloy samples mixed with different proportions of Ni powder were investigated.The results show that all of the samples have micro-crack,and crystallization occurs in the samples.However,the addition of 15%Ni powder can effectively reduce the crack and void formation in Fe-based alloy samples.Fe-based alloy samples with 15%Ni powder have the best corrosion-resistant performance.
