摘  要:研究检测结果的质量控制是保证试验质量水平的必要措施。采用基于相关性检验法、最小二乘法、方差检验法、回归预测法对某42CrMo调质钢布氏硬度和抗拉强度结果进行研究。结果表明:42CrMo调质钢的布氏硬度和抗拉强度之间存在较好的线性关系,回归的数学模型具有较好的显著性,通过统计学计算能实现对42CrMo调质钢室温拉伸试验中抗拉强度检测结果的质量控制。The quality control of the test results is a necessary measure to ensure laboratory quality level.The results of Brinell hardness and tensile strength of a 42CrMo tempered steel were studied by correlation test,least square method,variance test and regression prediction.The results show that there is a good linear relationship between Brinell hardness and tensile strength of 42CrMo tempered steel.The regression mathematical model has good significance.Through statistical calculation,the quality control of tensile strength test results of 42CrMo tempered steel in room temperature tensile test can be realized.
