摘 要:以某冷轧平整机为研究对象,在对其轧制过程进行分析的基础上,开发出一种板形前馈模型,即以轧制力变化为依据,根据其变化量编制模型,嵌入至PLC程序中,从而达到随着轧制力变化,弯辊力自动变化的目的,进而对控制板形起到积极的作用。实践表明,前馈功能能够有效避免由于轧制力的剧烈变化而出现的板形不良。Taking for a cold rolling skin pass mill as example and based on the analysis of the rolling process,a flatness feedforward model was developed,which was based on the change of rolling force,and the model was developed according to the change amount,and embedded in the PLC program,so as to achieve the purpose that bending roll automatically change with the rolling force changes.It plays a positive role in the flatness control.The results show that the feedforward model can effectively avoid poor flatness due to the rolling force dramatic changes.
