中医药治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是指患者腰椎间盘纤维环破裂,髓核外突压迫神经根,其临床主要表现为腰痛、下肢疼痛或麻木等等。该病急性发作期间患者疼痛感较强,且部分患者难以行走,对其生活及工作造成的影响较大。该病西医治疗难度较大,尤其针对急性期患者,其治疗效果欠佳。中医对腰椎间盘突出症的研究较多,通过辨证施治能够有效缓解患者临床症状,降低患者疼痛感。腰椎间盘突出症临床中多应用中医药治疗,通过中药内服外用、针刺、艾灸、推拿、牵引等中医综合疗法,治疗方式多样,临床效应不一。现结合近年相关临床文献报道,对临床采用中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法进展作一总结分析。Lumbar disc herniation refers to the rupture of the annulus fibrosus of the lumbar intervertebral disc and the compression of the nerve root by the protrusion of the nucleus pulposus,with the mainly clinical manifestations of low back pain,lower limb pain or numbness,etc.During the acute onset of the disease,patients have a strong sense of pain,and some patients are difficult to walk,which has a greater impact on their lives and work.The treatment of Western medicine is very difficult,especially for patients with acute stage,the treatment effect is not good.There are many researches on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the pain of patients.Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is usually treated with traditional Chinese medicine in clinic.Through the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and traction,the treatment methods are varied and the clinical effects are different.This article summarizes and analyzes the progress in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine according to the relevant clinical literature in recent years.
