摘　　要：目的了解跨性别女性人群(MTF)的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染相关危险行为及感染状况。方法 2016年10月至2017年12月,在山东省采用滚雪球抽样的方法对MTF进行面对面问卷调查。结果共调查160人,平均年龄(中位数)27岁;汉族占93.1%(149人);未婚占80.0%(128人);高中以上文化占83.1%(133人)。74.4%(119人)为非独生子女,家庭环境中女性占45.0%(72人)。以完全女性或女性为主装扮从事社会生活占35.0%(56人);性取向选择男性占74.4%(119人);26人做过变性手术,占16.3%(26人)。64.3%(92/143)的人有过无保护性接受性肛交性行为。110人接受过HIV抗体检测,阳性检出率为9.1%(10人)。结论跨性别女性人群较为隐蔽,但其存在感染HIV的风险,已成为艾滋病的高危人群,应重点对该人群开展针对性的宣传教育、干预和检测。Objective To understand the HIV related risk behaviors and HIV infection status among the transgender women.Methods Transgender women were recruited by a snowball sampling for an anonymous questionnaire survey in Shandong province from Oct 2016 to Dec 2017.Results There were a total of 160 subjects surveyed with an average age of 27(median)years.93.1%(149)of them were Han ethnic;80.0%(128)were unmarried;83.1%(133)had the education level of above high school;74.4%(119)had brothers or sisters;and 45.0%(72)had a family with female members as majority.35.0%(56)were engaged in social life with full female or female dressup.16.3%(26)received sex reassignment surgery.74.4%(119)selected their sexual orientation as males and64.3%(92/143)had unprotected receptive anal sex.110 women were tested for HIV antibody and the positive test rate was 9.1%(10).Conclusion Transgender women is relatively hidden,and have risks of HIV infection.It is suggested to carry out targeted publicity of education,intervention and detection.
