基于GIS的合肥市中心城区公园绿地功能综合评价

摘　　要：以定量评价为出发点以及以RS和G1S为技术支持,采用层次分析法(AHP)和德尔菲法(Delphi)的评价方法,确定生态、游憩和防灾避险等3个主要评价功能因子以及12个评价指标因子,构建整体性、分层次的综合评价体系,并提出相关指标值的获取及评价的方法,同时对合肥市公园绿地功能进行实证评价。结果表明:合肥市公园绿地功能综合评价值为0.743 0,处于Ⅱ级中游水平,表明合肥市公园绿地规模适当、指标较先进、结构较合理,综合功能效应良好,但也存在功能发挥不平衡现象,指出存在的问题并提出相关建议。Quantitative evaluation is taken as the starting point,and based on RS and GIS,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method (Delphi) evaluation method are used.Three main evaluation function factors,including ecological function,recreational function,disaster prevention and risk avoidance function as well as 12 evaluation index factors were determined.A overall and hierarchical comprehensive evaluation system is constructed,the method of obtaining and evaluating relevant index values is put forwarded,and the function of park green space in Hefei is evaluated empirically.The results show that:The comprehensive evaluation value of park green space function in Hefei is 0.743 0.The integrated evaluation is atⅡmiddle levels,indicating that the scale of park green space in Hefei is appropriate.The index is relatively advanced,the structure is relatively reasonable,and the comprehensive function effect is good.However,there does also exist the phenomenon of function exerting imbalance.The existing problems are pointed out and the relevant suggestions are put forwarded.
