城郊失地农民家庭资产选择的特征及其心理机制分析——基于行为经济学视角

摘　　要：为引导失地农民有效使用土地补偿金,并进一步完善土地补偿金发放方式,以济南城郊失地农民为样本,对城郊失地农民家庭资产选择的特征及其心理机制进行研究,并通过选项设计助推土地补偿金发放方式。结果表明:城郊失地农民家庭资产选择存在明显的"保守与冒险"并存现象;其心理机制是城郊失地农民把土地补偿金划入不同的心理账户所致,心理账户的认知标签和情绪标签对其家庭资产选择影响极为显著;通过对土地补偿金的描述方式进行选项设计,发现当土地补偿金以多账户方式发放时,失地农民低风险资产占比提高,高风险资产占比降低。The aim of this study is to guide the land-lost peasants to efficient use land compensation and perfecting the way of Land compensation payment based on the survey and experimental data of the land-lost peasants in the suburbs of Jinan to study the characteristics and mental mechanism of household portfolio choice,and then through option design "nudge" the way of land compensation payment.The results revealed that the "Conservatism and Adventure" coexist in household portfolio choice of the peasants who have lost their land in the suburbs.The cognitive labels and emotional labels of psychological accounts have a significant impact on the choice of family assets..When the land compensation is presented by multiple accounts,the proportion of low-risk household portfolio choice increased and the proportion of household portfolio choice decreased.
