摘　　要：伯格维施事务所(bogevischs buero)由建筑师利兹·利策(Ritz Ritzer)和莱纳·霍夫曼(Rainer Hofmann)于1996年共同创立,现已成长为慕尼黑知名建筑事务所之一。事务所设计风格多样而富有个性,目前已完成近50余项城市设计与建筑设计作品,遍及德国。2016年,由事务所和社区成员共同设计的瓦格尼斯阿特项目(wagnis ART)获得了2016年德国城市设计奖。项目建成后获得广泛的好评,目前成为德国经济适用型住宅与社会合作社的讨论与研究的热点。我们有幸在事务所位于诺伊豪森的办公室采访了项目主创莱纳·霍夫曼和尤利乌斯·克拉夫科(Julius Klaffke),和他们就建筑自治性、建筑师的权威、住宅合作社等问题进行了交流。Founded in 1996 by architects Ritz Ritzer and Rainer Hofmann,Bogevischs Buero stands out as one of the most successful architecture offices in Munich for its diversified design styles and individualized works.It has accomplished about 50 projects about urban design and architecture all over Germany,specialized in housing,but covering also other types of building.The project wagnisART,a residential area designed together with its community members and rewarded with the deutscher stadtebaupreis 2016(German Prize for Urban Design,2016),locates at the center of the recent discussions on affordable housing and social cooperatives as a successful example of projects as such.We pleasa ntly had the opportunity to in terview Reiner Hofma nn and Julius Klaffke about the project in Munich.The themes mainly centered on architectural autonomy,architect's authority,housing cooperative,etc.
