摘 要:本文以德国柏林原鲜花大市场整合性住宅方案IBeB为例,介绍了项目从合作建房联盟的成立、建筑场地、方案概念、建筑设计以及资金组织方面的实践过程。由于项目位于城市中心、拥有多元化的业主类型,IBeB方案作为城市共享住宅充满了特殊性和复杂性。随着城市的扩张和地价房价的上涨,个人在城市中的住房压力越来越大,通过共享住宅模式不仅能缓解个人的住房压力,还能有机会参与设计自己个性化的住所,和其他住户一起建立一种充满信任和互助的邻里关系。从城市发展的角度,我们已经看到了城市共享住宅的经济性、可持续性以及它积极的社会意义。This paper takes the Project IBeB(the in tergrated reside ntial building on the original flower market in Berlin,Germany)as an example,and introduces the practical process of the project from the establishment of the co-operative group,the site,the concept of the project,the architectural design and the fund organization.Because the project is located in the center of the city and has a diverse range of owners,the IBeB program is full of speciality and complexity as a co-operative project in the city.With the expansion of the city and the rise in land prices and housing price,individuals are increasingly under pressure in the city.By Co-Housing model,they can not only ease the housi ng pressure of in dividuals,but also provide the opport unity to participate in the design of their own personalized residences,and together with other households to build a neighborhood that is full of trust and mutual help.From the perspective of urban development,we have already seen the economics,sustailiability and positive social significance of urban Co-Housing.
