摘 要:利用纳米竹炭与甲壳素复合物对棉针织物进行处理,讨论印花浆黏度、纳米竹炭粉用量、烘干时间及碱用量对织物性能的影响。最终确定了最佳工艺条件:甲壳素与醋酸质量比为1∶30,纳米竹炭粉与甲壳素印花浆质量比为1∶50,碱用量为4%,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间5 min。整理后的织物具有良好的服用性能,对诺内纳尔有一定的吸附能力,达到了消除老年味的目的。Compounds of nano bamboo charcoal and chitin were used to treat cotton fabric. The influence of printing paste viscosity, nano bamboo charcoal dosage, drying time and alkali dosage on fabric property was discussed. Finally, the optimal conditions for finishing were as follows: ratio of chitin and acetic acid 1∶30, mass proportion of nano bamboo charcoal and chitin printing paste 1∶50, alkali dosage 4%, drying temperature 60 ℃and drying time 5 min. The results showed that the finishing fabric had favorable wearing performance could remove gerontism odor because of a certain adsorption properties to nonanal.
