摘　　要：现代通信技术在给人们生活带来极大便利的同时,又在一定程度上成了支配和控制人们生活的异己力量。具体表现为生存的虚拟化、人际的疏离化、社会的离散化以及价值的虚无化。重建"微时代"的数字化乐园不仅需要网络技术的制度规范,更需要网络参与主体的自律意识增强,同时也需要媒介素养的提升和媒介舆论的合理引导,以此实现网络科技与网络社会的良性互动。While modern communication technology has brought great convenience to people’s lives, it has become a dissident force that dominates and controls people’s lives to a certain extent. The concrete manifestation is the virtualization of survival, the alienation of interpersonal, the discretization of society and the vanity of value. Reconstructing the "micro-era" digital paradise not only requires the institutional norms of network technology, but also requires the self-discipline awareness of the network participants, and also the promotion of media literacy and the rational guidance of media paradox, in order to achieve the benign nature of network technology and network society.
