摘 要:全干式机械真空泵正以其出色的节能环保效果越来越多的在冶金行业炼钢厂真空精炼工艺中得到应用,因此开发一个能够与真空精炼过程相结合的机械真空泵抽气过程计算机仿真工具,以方便系统的设计和研究,显得尤为紧迫。本文详细描述了自主研发的真空循环脱气工艺(RH)用机械真空泵抽气过程计算机仿真程序的开发内容,包括全干式机械真空泵方案的选择、钢液碳脱氧、氧脱碳或脱气反应产生的气体量模型、各级真空泵工作效率的计算模型、各级真空泵抽气能力确定的计算模型、机械真空泵的控制方法和控制参数、计算机仿真程序、各种中间过程参数和计算结果的输出、是否满足真空精炼过程的判定标准等,完全能够满足全干式机械真空泵系统设计和研究的需要。A software package was developed for simulation of reactions involved and for design of the fume extraction unit of RH vacuum refining furnace in metallurgical industry, a vacuum system pumped only with dry mechanical vacuum pumps,like Roots and screw pumps. The discussions with specific examples focused on the multitasks of the self-developed simulation software, including but not limited to i ) the design optimization of vacuum system comprising components of dry vacuum-pumps, gas-path and control unit;ii) mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of the deoxidization/ decarburization/degassing of molten steel in RH refining furnace;and (iii) data acquisition/analysis and evaluation of pump's behavior in all levels, such as the pumping speed,efficiency, fume extraction capacity and etc. We suggest that the newly-developed simulation program may be of some technological interest in design and operation of RH vacuum refining furnace.
