摘  要:全干式机械真空泵正以其出色的节能环保效果越来越多的在冶金行业炼钢厂真空精炼工艺中得到应用。本文正是利用自主研发的与真空循环脱气工艺(RH)真空精炼过程相结合的RH用机械真空泵抽气过程计算机仿真程序,研究了4级串联式全干式机械真空泵方案中,真空主阀前后设备及管道容积、各级真空泵泵间管道容积、各级真空泵(罗茨泵和螺杆泵)的不同抽气能力、系统漏气量等因素对RH机械真空泵抽气过程的影响,为不同RH吨位或RH真空精炼工艺条件下,机械真空泵系统的设计和研究打下坚实的基础。We addressed design optimization of the fume extraction unit,pumped with fully dry mechanical vacuum pumps and installed with RH refining furnace in metallurgical industry.The influence of the major components,including the stage/number/pumping-speed/alignment of vacuum pumps(Roots and screw pumps),chamber-volume in front of and gas-path section volumes behind master-valve,leakage,on the C-contents,chamber pressure and fume extraction capacity of a RH furnace with different refining tonnages was investigated with self-developed simulation software and exemplified with a four-stages(comprising 13,13,8,and 8 dry pumps) vacuum system for 300 t RH furnace.The simulated results show that the chamber-volume,leakage-rate,pumping speed and all have a major impact.We suggest that the self-developed simulation software be of some technological interest in design optimization of fume extraction unit for RH furnace.
