摘　　要：针对传统焦化干熄焦装入装置易故障的特点,设计了利用将原装入料斗分为受料斗和布料斗两部分,受料斗及除尘设备进行固定,仅布料斗与台车相连,极大减轻了台车的驱动负荷,可缩小驱动电机,节省电能;并且固定的除尘设施亦可简化设备,提高除尘效果、节省投资、便于维修。具有一定的环保效益和推广价值。In view of the characteristics that the loading device of traditional coking dry quenching coke is prone to failure, the original loading hopper is divided into receiving hopper and distributing hopper by means of design. The receiving hopper and dust removal equipment are fixed. Only the distributing hopper is connected to the trolley, which greatly reduces the driving load of the trolley, reduces the driving motor and saves electric energy, and fixed dust removal facilities can simplify equipment, improve dust removal effect, save investment and facilitate maintenance, has the extremely high environmental protection effect and the promotion value.
