摘　　要：从工艺策划、工艺分析、工艺验证及量产准备等方面介绍了新车型涂装开发周期缩短的思路及可行性分析。From the aspects of process planning, process analysis, process verification and mass production preparation, the ideas of shortening the development period of painting for new car and its feasibility analysis are introduced.
