摘　　要：当前,国际力量对比发生深刻变化,新兴国家和发展中国家影响力不断增强,构建新型全球治理体系显得尤为重要和迫切。作为迅速发展的全球第二大经济体,中国需要更加深入有效地参与全球治理。培养一大批具有中国情怀、国际视野、深谙国际规则、通晓国际语言的国际化专业人才,讲好"中国故事",以更加积极、主动、包容、开放的姿态走近世界舞台的中央已成战略共识。在国际化人才职业道路拓展方面,既需要国家积极创造一系列政策环境,也需要高校通过完善通识教育、创新体制及课程平台、建设榜样力量等发挥孵化器和推进器的作用。The balance of world power is undergoing profound changes, and the influence of emerging countries and developing countries has been continuously enhanced. It is particularly important and urgent to build a new type of global governance system. As the world’s second largest economy, China needs to participate more deeply and effectively in global governance. It has reached strategic consensus to cultivate a large number of international professionals with Chinese feelings, international vision, international rules, and international language. We will tell ‘Chinese Story’ well and be more proactive in embracing the open attitude and reaching the center of the world stage. In terms of the expansion of international talents’ career path, it is necessary for the country to actively make a series of policy, and for colleges and universities to play the role of incubator and propeller by improving the general education, innovating system and curriculum platform, and building model power.
