摘　　要：应激是动物受到病原性和非病原性抗原的刺激时产生精神萎靡、食欲下降,嗜睡、生长缓慢等现象。因此,构建可靠的动物应激模型,对于揭示动物应激机制及研制抗应激添加剂具有重要意义。主要综述了应激模型的构建方法及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为动物生产中应激防治提供依据。Stress is a phenomenon, of which an animal is stimulated by pathogenic and non-pathogenic antigens, resulting in suffer from depression, loss of appetite, lethargy, and slow growth. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish reliable animal stress model to reveal the mechanism of animal stress and to develop an anti stress additive. This paper mainly reviews the establishment of stress models and its application in animal production, so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of stress in animal production.
