摘 要:因场地条件的差异,地下室及基础设计的合理性与针对性是结构设计的工作重点。结合一个实际高层住宅项目的地下室,根据其所处的环境位置、场地土层分布特点,优化基础选型,采取人工挖孔桩桩端后注浆工艺,以圆砾层为持力层,有效地控制了结构沉降;对注浆压力、注浆量等施工参数进行了分析,为施工操作和质量验收提供了依据;同时对抗浮水位和地下室外墙抗裂采取了针对性的措施。经过实践检验,设计方案达到了预期目标。The rationality and pertinence of basement and foundation design are the key points of structural design because of the differences in site conditions. Combined with the basement of a practical high-rise residential project, according to the location of the environment and the distribution characteristics of the site soil layer, the selection of foundation was optimized. The design adopted the post-grouting technology of manula digging pile end, and taked round gravel as the bearing stratum, which effectively controlled the foundation settlement. The grouting pressure, grouting volume and other construction parameters were analyzed, providing a basis for construction operation and quality acceptance. At the same time, targeted measures for anti-floating water level and crack resistance of basement exterior walls were taken. After practical inspection,the scheme adopted in the design has achieved the expected goal.
