摘　　要：ISO 30414, Human resource management 一 Guidelines for internal and external human capital reporting, is the first in ter national sta ndard that allows an orga nizati on to get a clear view of the actual contributi on of its huma n capital. Applicable to enterprises of all types and sizes, it provides guidelines on core human resources areas such as organizational. culture, recruitment and turnover, productivity, health and safety, and leadership.
