摘 要:青海高原是一独特的杨树生态区,由于高寒和干旱,总体上杨树生态比较脆弱,造成杨树种质资源稀少,生产用种单纯,病虫害严重,生产力较低。自上世纪50年代以来,我省林业工作者大量引进外域杨树,通过试验证明,外域杨树在我省难以生存发展。近年来,通过对乡土杨树科技投入的不断增大,选择培育了一批优良无性系,投入生产应用,使乡土杨树的群体品质提高,大力开发利用乡土杨树种质资源,已成为青海高原杨树发展的必由之路。Qinghai Plateau is a unique ecological region of poplar,the poplar ecology is fragile due to the high cold and drought,so the poplar germplasm resources are scarce,the species of production and utilization are few,pests and diseases are serious,productivity is low.Since 1950 s,forestry workers in Qinghai Province have introduced a large number of exotic poplar and found that in Qinghai Province exotic poplar survival is difficult.Recently increasing the investment on science and technology of indigenous poplar,we have selected and developed a number of fine clones to put into production and application,it improved the quality of indigenous poplar.So development and utilization indigenous poplar germplasm resources has become the only way of poplar development in Qinghai Plateau.
