麻醉医师职业暴露预防中环节管理的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉医师职业暴露预防中环节管理的应用方法及临床效果。方法选择该院2017—2018年麻醉师60例,将实施环节管理前的麻醉师设为对照组,实施环节管理后的麻醉师设为实验组,观察其在环节管理前后职业暴露情况。结果通过观察发现,实施环节管理后麻醉师职业暴露显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好环节管理可有效降低麻醉师工作期间的职业暴露发生率,值得进一步临床推广。Objective To explore the application methods and clinical effects of link management in occupational exposure prevention of anesthesiologists. Methods 60 cases of anesthesiologists in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected. The anesthesiologists before the implementation of the link management were set as the control group. The anesthesiologists after the implementation of the link management were set as the experimental group to observe the occupational exposure before and after the link management. Results Through observation, it was found that the occupational exposure of anesthesiologists was significantly reduced after the implementation of the management, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Doing a good job of link management can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposure during an anesthesiologist's work, which deserves further clinical promotion.
