摘　　要：目的探讨三权分离模式在医院采购管理中的应用效果。方法以该院2013年1月—2015年1月未实施三权分离模式采购管理的采购数据为对照组,以2016年1月—2018年1月实施三权分离模式采购管理的采购数据为观察组,比较两组招标采购资金节约情况。结果观察组预算金额、合同金额、节约金额均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院采购管理中实施三权分离模式可实现相互监督,权力制衡,从机制上保证了组织行为的科学性及合理性,提高医院的经济效益。Objective To explore the application effect of the separation of three rights in hospital procurement management. Methods Based on the procurement data of the procurement management of the three-power separation model from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital as the control group, and the procurement data of the procurement management of the three-right separation model from January 2016 to January 2018 as the observation group, compare the savings of the two groups of bidding procurement funds. Results The budget amount, contract amount and savings of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the three-right separation mode in hospital procurement management can achieve mutual supervision, power checks and balances, guarantee the scientific and rationality of organizational behavior from the mechanism, and improve the economic benefits of the hospital.
