护理小组工作模式在PICC安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析护理小组工作模式在PICC安全管理中的应用。方法选取该院2016年2月—2018年2月收治的74例PICC患者为研究对象,2016年2月—2017年2月收治的37例为对照组,2017年2月—2018年2月收治的37例为观察组,分别予以常规护理管理和护理小组管理。对比两种管理方式在安全管理中的效果。结果观察组患者并发症显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.162,P<0.05);对照组患者置管使用时间显著短于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.406,P<0.05)。结论为PICC患者进行护理书小组工作模式管理可提升患者置管使用时间、降低护理风险。Objective To analyze the application of nursing team working mode in PICC safety management. Methods 74 patients with PICC admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled. From February 2016 to February 2017, 37 patients were treated as control group. From February 2017 to February 2018, the patients were admitted of 37 patients were observation group and were managed by routine nursing management and nursing groups. Compare the effects of the two management methods in security management. Results The complication of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.162, P<0.05). The time of catheterization in the control group was significantly shorter than that of the observation group. The difference was statistically significant(t=3.406, P<0.05). Conclusion The management of the nursing book group work mode for PICC patients can improve the time of catheterization and reduce the risk of nursing.
