摘　　要：目的观察以家庭为中心的出院计划在新生儿童重症监护(NICU)早产儿中的应用效果。方法 120例早产儿按时间先后分为对照组和观察组。比较两组早产儿出院时家长的家庭照护能力、出院后1周的护理工作满意度和出院后1个月内的再住院率。结果观察组早产儿出院时家长的家庭照护能力明显高于对照组。观察组早产儿出院后1周的护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。观察组早产儿出院后1个月内的再住院率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的出院计划在早产儿中的应用,能提高早产儿家长的家庭照护能力,降低早产儿出院后1个月内的再住院率,提高家属对护理工作的满意度。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of family-centered discharge plan in NICU premature infants. METHODS 120 cases of premature infants were divided into control group and observation group according to time. The assessment of family care ability of parents of premature infants who were discharged from hospital,the satisfaction of nursing work in one week after discharge of premature infants and the readmission rate within one month after discharge of premature infants were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The assessment of family care ability of parents of premature infants who were discharged from hospital in observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The satisfaction of nursing work in 1 week after discharge of premature infants in observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The readmission rate within 1 month after discharge of premature infants in observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The application of the family-centered discharge plan in premature infants could improve the family care ability of parents of premature infants,reduce the readmission rate within 1 month after discharge of premature infants,and improve the satisfaction of parents of premature infants with nursing work.
