Objective To investigate the clinical value of five joint inspection method in detection of vaginal secretions. Methods The 1 235 samples were collected from March 2017 to September 2017 in patients with vaginitis of Erdos Central Hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic. The cases were detected by comparing five joint inspection method and microscope method. Results The positive detection rate of five joint inspection method in fungal vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis is lower than the microscope method, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in lactic acid bacteria and white blood cells, bacterial vaginosis positive rate is slightly higher than the microscope method, but the difference was not statistically significant. Both of them have good consistency in the results of cleanliness judgment. Conclusion Vaginal secretions five joint inspection method as a new detection method has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginal disease. However, the detection rate of fungi and Trichomonas is lower than that of microscope, which needs to be combined to improve the detection rate and make effective guarantee for the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of disease.
