摘　　要：目的探讨临床免疫检验中免疫检验分析质量控制的重要性。方法将本院2015年10月至2017年10月进行免疫检验的130例患者作为本次研究对象,依据不同检验方法将患者分为两组,观察组及研究组各有65例患者,对照组患者应用临床常规免疫检验方法完成检验,观察组患者在对照组基础上加强免疫检验分析质量控制,比较两组患者的检验结果。结果观察组患者质控后的甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、肿瘤标志物以及血清胰岛素免疫指标变异指数均要显著少于对照组与质控前(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验中免疫检验分析质量控制在检验期间占有重要作用,能够显著提高免疫检验结果的准确度,值得临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the importance of quality control in immunoassay analysis in clinical immunoassay.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent immunoassay from October 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to different test methods.The observation group and the study group each had 65 patients.The control group The patients were tested by clinical routine immunoassay.The patients in the observation group were strengthened on the basis of the control group to strengthen the quality control of the immunoassay analysis,and the test results of the two groups were compared.Results The quality index of alpha-fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic antigen,tumor markers and serum insulin index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before quality control(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control of immunoassay in clinical immunoassay plays an important role in the test period,which can significantly improve the accuracy of the results of immunoassay.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
