辊面磨损对辊压机生产效率的影响分析

摘　　要：辊压机的生产效率在实际生产中会受多方面的影响,尤其是辊压机辊子的直径,以及辊子表面的磨损状况等都方面的影响,本文将逐一分析这些因素对效率影响的原因,找到了原因然后对其进行优化从而实现达到提高生产率的目的。The production efficiency of roller press will be affected by many factors in actual production,especially the diameter of roller and the wear condition of roll surface.This paper analyzed the reasons of these factors one by one to find out the reasons,and then optimized them to achieve the purpose of improving productivity.
