摘 要:采用晋谷21号进行盆栽试验,于3~5叶期喷施清水(对照)及150,300(推荐剂量),600,1 200 g/hm2的苄嘧磺隆,在药后3,7,15 d测定谷子的株高、叶面积、地上部分鲜质量等农艺性状和光合色素含量,旨在探明除草剂苄嘧磺隆对晋谷21号农艺性状和光合色素的影响,为谷子田正确有效地应用苄嘧磺隆提供理论依据。结果表明,施用苄嘧磺隆除草剂与对照相比,晋谷21号的株高、叶面积和地上部分鲜质量在苄嘧磺隆600 g/hm2时显著降低,叶绿素含量在苄嘧磺隆1 200 g/hm2时显著降低。苄嘧磺隆在≤300 g/hm2时相对安全,而在高剂量(1 200 g/hm2)下对晋谷21号产生药害较严重。Using Jingu 21 as a pot experiment, bensulfuron methyl was sprayed with clear water(control) and 150, 300(recommended concentration), 600, 1 200 g/hm^2 at 3-5 leaf stage. The agronomic traits and photosynthetic pigments of millet were measured at 3, 7, 15 d after treatment. The aim was to explore the effects of bensulfuron methyl on the agronomic traits and photosynthetic pigments of Jingu 21, and to provide theoretical basis for the correct and effective application of bensulfuron methyl in millet fields. The results showed that bensulfuron methyl treatment compared with contro treatment, plant height, leaf area and overground fresh quality of millet Jingu 21 decreased significantly at 600 g/hm^2 concentration, and chlorophyll content decreased significantly at 1 200 g/hm^2. It is relatively safe when the concentration of bensulfuron-methyl is less than 300 g/hm^2, but it is harmful to millet Jingu 21 at high concentration (1 200 g/hm^2).
