摘  要:对山西当地糜子品种品黍1号、品黍2号和晋黍9号的农艺性状、穗部性状、光合色素含量、光合特性、水分利用效率以及荧光动力学参数进行调查分析,旨在筛选性状优良的糜子品种。结果表明,除品黍1号穗长显著低于其他2个品种以及晋黍9号的千粒质量显著大于其他2个品种外,3个品种的主要农艺性状比较一致;对苗期、拔节期、抽穗期3个时期的叶绿素含量分析发现,3个品种的叶绿素含量在抽穗期均达到最大值,且叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量差异显著,其中,叶绿素a差异较大(晋黍9号<品黍1号<品黍2号);总体来看,品黍1号的净光合速率大于其他2个品种,且其水分利用效率较高;荧光动力学参数分析表明,晋黍9号和品黍2号的光合作用及光保护能力优于品黍1号。品黍1号穗型紧凑,籽粒数目多;品黍2号及晋黍9号的光合作用强,其可作为糜子改良材料进一步培育,以满足社会需求。To select the millet varieties with good characters, the agronomic characters and physiological characteristics of Pinshu 1, Pinshu 2 and Jinshu 9 were compared and analyzed in Shanxi province. We investigated and analyzed three local broomcorn millet varieties in agronomic traits, panicle traits, photosynthetic pigment content, photosynthetic characteristics, water use efficiency and fluorescence kinetic parameters. The results showed that the main agronomic characters of the three cultivars were consistent except that the panicle length of Pinshu 1 was significantly lower than that of the other two cultivars and the 1 000-grain quality of Jinshu 9 was significantly higher than that of the other two cultivars. In heading stage, there were significant differences in chlorophyll content among the three cultivars, and the difference in chlorophyll a was significant(Jinshu 9<Pinshu 1<Pinshu 2). On the whole, the net photosynthetic rate of Pinshu 1 was higher than that of the other two cultivars. The analysis of leaf water use efficiency showed that Pinshu 1 was higher than the other two varieties. But fluorescence kinetic parameters showed that photosynthesis of Pinshu 1 was lower and its light protection ability was worse than the other two varieties. The panicle type of Pinshu 1 is compact and the number of grains is large, besides, it is stronger in the drought resistance. Pinshu 2 and Jinshu 9 are well in photosynthes, which are suitable for further improvement and extension, and can also be used as a broomcorn millet improvement material to further cultivate to meet social needs.
