摘 要:园林绿化垃圾是一类含量丰富的生物质资源,为了研究好氧微生物发酵工艺处理园林垃圾的可行性,结合海泰市政绿化公司绿化垃圾处理项目的实例,通过研究园林垃圾资源化处理过程中好氧微生物发酵菌剂的应用效果,探讨了利用好氧微生物降解有机物技术在园林垃圾资源化处理中应用的可行性。结果表明,接种复合菌剂的发酵物比对照升温速度快,可提前2 d达到高温期,完成发酵时间比对照减少25 d;发酵终产物中活性微生物的数量为细菌7.9×107 cfu/g、真菌2.6×104 cfu/g、放线菌4.3×105 cfu/g,均高于未加复合发酵菌剂的处理。采用好氧生物发酵工艺进行绿化垃圾资源化处理作为城市固体废弃物处理的一种方式,在生态文明建设的过程中将有很好的发展应用前景,是对传统园林养护作业的继承和创新。Landscape garbage is a kind of abundant biomass resources. To study the feasibility of aerobic microbial fermentation process for gardening garbage treatment, this paper combines the example of Haitai Municipal Greening Company's greening garbage treatment project, and studies the application effect of aerobic microbial fermentation agent in the process of gardening garbage resource treatment. The feasibility of the application of aerobic microbial degradation of organic matter technology in landscape garbage resource treatment was discussed. The results showed that the fermentation product inoculated with compound microbial agent had a faster heating rate than the control, and reached a high temperature period 2 d earlier. The fermentation time was 25 d shorter than that of the control. The number of active microorganisms in the final product of fermentation was 7.9×10^7 cfu/g of bacteria, 2.6×10^4 cfu/g of fungi and 4.3×10^5 cfu/g of actinomycetes, which were higher than those treatment without compound microbial agent. As a way of municipal solid waste disposal, aerobic bio-fermentation technology will have a good application prospect in the process of ecological civilization construction. It is the inheritance and innovation of traditional garden maintenance.
