儿童血清中维生素D水平与平均血小板体积及血红蛋白水平的关系

摘　　要：目的分析儿童血清中维生素D水平与平均血小板体积(MPV)及血红蛋白(HGB)水平的关系。方法选取2017年3月—2018年4月在我院健康检查的2个月～5岁儿童994例,根据血清中维生素D水平分为维生素D缺乏组(A组)、维生素D不足组(B组)和维生素D正常组(C组)3组,分析3组儿童血清中维生素D水平与MPV及HGB的关系。结果 A、B、C组血清中MPV分别为(9.71±0.54)、(9.36±0.77)、(8.78±0.81)fL,HGB水平分别为(115.18±5.57)、(119.75±8.14)、(122.98±7.99)g/L;3组血清中MPV以及HGB水平比较,差异均具有统计学意义(F=90.49、45.78,q=6.21～15.86,P<0.05)。结论儿童血清中维生素D水平的下降,可导致MPV增高及HGB水平的降低,因此对儿童血清中维生素D水平的变化应给与足够的重视,以免引起相关疾病的发生。Objective To investigate the association of mean platelet volume(MPV)and hemoglobin(HGB)with serum vitamin D in children.Methods We enrolled 994 children aged 2 months up to 5 years who had well-child visits in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018.These children were divided into three groups based on their serum vitamin D levels:vitamin D-deficient group(group A),vitamin D-insufficient group(group B),and vitamin D-sufficient group(group C).The association of MPV and HGB with serum vitamin D in the three groups was analyzed.Results The MPV values in groups A,B,and C were(9.71±0.54),(9.36±0.77),and(8.78±0.81)fL,respectively.The HGB levels in groups A,B,and C were(115.18±5.57),(119.75±8.14),and(122.98±7.99)g/L,respectively.Both MPV and HGB were statistically different between the three groups(MPV:F=90.49,q=6.21-15.86,P<0.05;HGB:F=45.78,q=7.89-12.95,P<0.05).Conclusion Decreased serum vitamin D level may lead to increased MPV and reduced HGB in children.Therefore,the change in serum vitamin D level in children should be given enough attention to avoid the occurrence of related diseases.
