陇中损伤散对大鼠股骨骨折愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察陇中损伤散对大鼠股骨骨折愈合的影响。方法:采用自制钝性打击器对40只3月龄健康SD大鼠制造闭合股骨干骨折模型后随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20只。观察组每日以1.6 g/kg陇中损伤散拌食,对照组正常喂食,于2、4、6、8周每组各处死动物5只,行X线摄片,观察右股骨骨折愈合情况,并对患肢进行micro-CT测量分析。结果:X线摄片显示自2周开始即有骨痂开始形成,至8周骨痂塑形改建,骨折愈合,观察组骨痂形成、骨折愈合较对照组明显;micro-CT三维重建分析表明,在2、4、6周时观察组在骨小梁立体测量学的指标与对照组的差异有统计学意义,在4、6、8周时观察组的BMD、BMC分别比对照组高,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陇中损伤散治疗能促进骨折部位骨小梁较早的形成和改建,促进矿盐的沉积,利于骨折愈合。Objective:To observe the effects of LongZhong SunShang powder on the healing of femoral fracture.Methods:Forty healthy SD rats were prepared into the models with closed femoral shaft fracture using selfmade blunt bump equipment and randomized into two groups,20 rats each group,the observation group of LongZhong SunShang powder were given LongZhou SunShang powder 1.6 g/kg the control group normal diet.Every five rats were sacrificed each group at the second,forth,sixth and eighth week,the healing conditions of right femoral fracture were observed performing X-ray film,and the affected limb was measured and analyzed using micro-CT.Results:X-ray films showed that osteotylus bagan to form since the second week,it shaped and reconstructed till the eighth week,bone fracture healed,the observation group was more notable than the control group in the formation of osteotylus and the healing of bone fracture;micro-CT three-dimensional reconstruction presented that the difference had statistical meaning when the observation group was compared with the control group in the indexes of bone trabecular stereometry at the second,forth and sixth week,BMD and BMC of the observation group were higher than these of the control group at the forth,sixth and eighth week,and the results had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:LongZhong SunShang powder could promote early formation and reconstruction of bone trabecula of the fracture site and the depositing of mineral salt,which is helpful to the healing of bone fracture.
