摘 要:目的:建立射干扶正口服液的指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1 m L/min;检测波长:242 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。采用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统对10批射干扶正口服液指纹图谱进行评价。结果:标定了20个共有峰,其中4个共有峰分别为车前子苷、射干苷、黄芪甲苷、大黄素。10批射干扶正口服液指纹图谱相似度均大于0.971。结论:该法稳定、快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于射干扶正口服液的质量控制。Objective:To build the fingerprint of SheGan FuZheng oral liquid.Methods:Using HPLC method,chromatographic column was Eclipse Plus C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%formic acid aqueous solution as gradient elution;flow rate:1mL/min;detection wavelength:242 nm;column temperature:30℃;sample size:20μL.Fingerprints of ten batches of SheGan FuZheng oral liquids were evaluated using similarity evaluation system for herbal fingerprint.Results:All 20 common peaks were marked,among them,four common peaks were plantaridin,belamcandin,astragaloside A and emodin respectively.Fingerprint similarity of ten batches of SheGan FuZheng oral liquids were greater than 0.971.Conclusion:The method,stable,rapid,simple and convenient,accurate and reliable results,could used for quality control of SheGan FuZheng oral liquid.
