摘　　要：目的:观察奚氏中医外科技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,在基础治疗的同时,观察组给予奚氏中医外科技术(SOP)换药,对照组给予外科常规换药技术换药,观察2组创面生长情况及治疗前后症状、实验室指标变化情况。结果:观察组脱疽愈显率为66.7%,筋疽愈显率为76.2%;对照组脱疽愈显率为39.2%,筋疽愈显率为46.2%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。创面疼痛症状评分观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奚氏中医外科技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡临床疗效确切。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Xi's TCM surgical technique in the treatment for diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:All 180 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,90 cases each group,on the foundation of basic therapy,the observation group changed the dressing by SOP of Xi's TCM surgical technique,the control group changed the dressing by conventional surgical technique,to observe the wound growth,the changes of the symptoms before and after treating and lab indexes of both groups.Results:The effectual rate of digital gangrene in the observation group was 66.7%,the effectual rate of gangrene was 76.2%;higher than 39.2%and 46.2%of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in the symptom scores of wound pain,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of WBC and CRP within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xi's TCM surgical technique could obtain definite effects in the treatment for diabetic foot ulcer.
