摘 要:为了解重庆烟区烤烟生育期内的生态环境与农艺性状的差异,进一步推进"渝金香"烟叶品牌的精益生产,对不同部位烤烟生长过程中的降雨、气温、光照、相对湿度等生态条件进行监测,并对不同部位烤烟生育期农艺性状的变化进行测定,采用典型相关分析法研究烤烟大田生育期的生态环境对农艺性状的综合影响。结果表明:(1)生育期内中部叶生长的平均气温保持在30℃左右;上部叶生育期内除成熟期(生育期最后15 d左右)较低外,平均气温保持在32℃左右;中部叶生育期的昼夜温差基本保持在10℃左右,上部叶的昼夜温差呈下降趋势;中部叶生育期的降雨量在叶龄15 d后除个别时段有较大降雨量外多数保持在较低水平,上部叶生育期的降雨量前低后高,相对湿度多数在80%左右浮动,光照强度多数保持在80 000 Lux以上,光照时数多数保持在6 h以上。(2)烟叶的最大叶长与最大叶宽在生育期内表现为先快速增加后慢速增加的趋势,且中部叶的最大叶长明显高于上部叶;各部位烟叶的长宽比在叶龄为5 d左右基本定型,上部叶的长宽比保持在4∶1左右,而中部叶长宽比保持在3∶2左右,不同部位烤烟叶片厚度随着叶龄的增加逐渐增加,且在成熟期上部叶的叶片厚度明显大于中部叶;不同部位的最大叶脉周长表现为逐渐增加的趋势,且中部叶的叶脉周长明显高于上部叶。(3)典型相关分析表明在一定范围内气温越高叶片越厚,光照强度越高烟叶的最大叶长与最大叶宽越小。In order to understand the difference of ecological environment and agronomic traits during the growth period of flue-cured tobacco in Chongqing tobacco area and further promote the lean production of“Yujinxiang”tobacco brand,the ecological conditions such as rainfall,temperature,light and relative humidity during the growth process of flue-cured tobacco in different parts were monitored,and the changes of agronomic traits in different parts of flue-cured tobacco during the growth period were measured,the comprehensive effects of ecological environment on agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco in field growth period were studied by analytical method.The results showed that:(1)the average temperature of middle leaves growth remained at about 30℃during the growth period.During the growth period of upper leaves,the average temperature remained at about 32℃,except for the lower temperature at the mature stage(about 15 days at the end of the growth period).The diurnal temperature difference of the middle leaves during the growth period basically maintained at about 10℃,while the diurnal temperature difference of the upper leaves showed a downward trend.After 15 days of leaf age,the precipitation in the middle leaf growth period remained at a low level except for the larger precipitation in individual periods.The precipitation in the upper leaf growth period was high in the early stage and low in the late stage,the relative humidity was mostly floating around 80%,the illumination intensity was mostly above 80 000 Lux,and the illumination hours were mostly above 6 hours.(2)The maximum leaf length and width of tobacco leaves increased rapidly at first and then slowly during the growing period,and the maximum leaf length of middle leaves was significantly longer than that of upper leaves.The ratio of length-width of tobacco leaves in different parts was basically fixed at about 5 days of leaf age.The length-width ratio of upper leaves remained about 4∶1,while the length-width ratio of middle leaves remained ab
