摘　　要：目的:对南京某三甲医院2006—2015年住院患者的基本构成和变化情况进行分析,为医院发展提供基础数据和参考。方法:通过卫健委常规出院病人直报系统,调取某院2006—2015年所有出院病人年龄、性别、来源等信息,并进行统计分析。结果:某院2006—2015年共出院病人58万余人次,总出院病人中男女性别比为92∶100,男女性别比与年龄呈现明显的负相关关系,即年龄越大,男性患者所占比重越多。10年间南京市、江苏省内其他地区以及省外来源病人占比分别为68.37%、16.81%和14.82%,其中省内其他地区以及省外来源病人比重逐渐增加。结论:通过对病人的构成以及来源进行分析,对于加强医院管理和提高服务质量具有重要的意义。Objective:To provide the basic data for hospital development by analyzing the basic composition and changes of inpatients in a first-class hospital in Nanjing during 2006-2015. Method:Analyze the data of all discharged patients(age,sex and resi- dence)by extracting from the disease report system of all discharged patients in the Health and Health Committee from 2006 to 2015. Result:More than 580,000 patients were discharged from 2006 to 2015,and the male-to-female gender ratio was 100∶108. A significant negative correlation occurred between gender ratio and the age,namely,the greater proportion of the male patients with the increasing age. The proportions of the patients in the native city,other regions of the province and the other provinces were 68.37%,16.81% and 14.82% respectively,of which the proportion of the patients from the other regions of the province and other provinces gradually increased. Conclusion:Analyzing the composition and source of patients can strengthen the hospital management and service quality.
