摘 要:目的:探讨在内分泌临床课程教学中采用LBL、CBL、TBL三轨立体模式的效果。方法:将学生分为传统组(LBL)和教改组(LBL+CBL+TBL),采取不同的教学方法:传统组用LBL法(讲授法)、教改组采用LBL、CBL、TBL与三轨立体模式,其中传统组80人,教改组88人,课程结束后通过测试成绩和问卷调查进行综合评估。结果:三轨立体教学法对学生专业知识的掌握、团队合作能力、分析问题、解决问题的能力等方面优于传统LBL教学法。结论:在总体教学效果方面,三轨立体教学法优于传统教学法,可以达到良好的教学效果。Objective:To investigate three-track stereoscopic model which combines LBL,CBL and TBL in the clinical courses of endocrinology. Methods:The students are divided into two groups:traditional group and teaching reform group. Then, different methods are adopted in the two groups. The first group adopted LBL (lecture), while the second group used three-track stereoscopic model. Traditional group consisted of 80 people and the teaching reform group consisted of 88 people. The comprehensive assessment of this model has been estimated by test scores and questionnaire surveys. Results: The results show that compared with the traditional LBL pedagogy,three-track stereoscopic pedagogy can help students do better in acquiring professional knowledge, improving teamwork ability,enhancing the ability to analyze issues and to solve problems. Conclusions:Teaching reform group is better than traditional group in teaching effect. This study provides a good basis for clinical courses to promote the three-track stereoscopic model.
